Hi, from Jaimie,

Rooster Records first opened it doors in early December 1995. At that time we were located in Taunton, Somerset where we built up a loyal customer base and traded successfully until the end of 2007 when our lease expired. However, owing to vastly increased stock levels and the need for expansion we sought larger premises and decided to move the business to Exeter, Devon where we opened in November 2006 and continue trading successfully to date.

 How To Find Us

We're easy to find being only a minute or two walk from the City centre. Basically, if you’re standing in the main High Street area, then start walking along the main drag in a westerly direction until you come upon a steep hill which is Fore Street.

We are the fourth shop down on the left-hand side opposite the Mint Methodist Church. If you reach the Exonian pub then you’ve gone slightly too far. Mind you, they do serve a good pint!

If you’re in the car then perhaps it would be better to click on the link below to access a map of Exeter. The various one-way streets and pedestrian areas can get a little confusing!
